The Iraq War

What is President Bush thinking? He just wanted to show the threat of America to the world? I think that President Bush should have continued the inspection by the weapons inspection team of the United Nations.
The purpose of the war President Bush addressed changed every address. First, he mentioned it’s for the sake of the military power sanction against continuing possessing mass-destruction weapons, such as biological and chemical weapons, denying the fact, and not giving full cooperation to the weapons inspection team of the United Nations. Second, he mentioned it’s in order to release the average citizen of Iraq from President Saddam Hussein's oppression. Finally, he mentioned it’s in order to change Iraq which is a supporting nation to a terrorist into a "democratic" country. Besides, there are many reason of the war can be thought. So we don’t know his thought clearly.
Also, I don’t understand Prime Minister Koizumi. Although Japan is the country against war, he joined the war. Here is the ninth article of the Japanese Constitution.
Aspiring sincerely to an international peace based on justice and order, the Japanese people forever renounce war as a sovereign right of the nation and the threat or use of force as means of settling international disputes.
In order to accomplish the aim of the preceding paragraph, land, sea, and air forces, as well as other war potential, will never be maintained. The right of belligerency of the state will not be recognized.
Japan is obviously against war by this. But he pleaded the other article. So the Constitution of Japan should be changed soon.
War have much to do with lots of tolls. Once a war break out, lots of innocent people die. That’s ridiculous. I'm totally against war.

The Way of Asking Questions

The way of asking questions in Japan is not so different from the American way. I would like to contrast men’s way with women’s way in my family.
My father is taciturn and he rarely asks me questions, even if I got back from Canada trip this summer vacation. All he said to me is, “ Don’t spend too much money. Make some foreign friends in Japan. That is the cheapest way.” That’s it. He didn’t ask me anything, though he gave me much money so that I can go to Canada. He seemed to be indifferent to me, but I felt comfortable to his way since I’m also a man who rarely asks questions.
However, my mother and grandmother asked me boring and annoying questions after I came back from Canada. My mother asked “Did you return home safety?” I nodded slightly and thought “You can’t understand such a thing though you are seeing me?” “What were you called by your host mother?” my mother asked again. “What?!” I answered “Aki...” She and my grand mother started to laugh at my answer. I was looking down thinking they are idiot. I was tired of answering their questions and went off.

30 Days: STRAIGHT/GAY

If Scott were a gay? Good question. Mmm…I think I’ll strive to forget the fact!! (just kidding) Maybe the way of contact with him would not change unless he has affection for me, though I don’t want to imagine the relationship between him and his boyfriend. He is a nice gay, oops, guy even if he were a gay.
There are some popular TV personalities who are gays in Japan. They are certainly amusing but nobody wants to see their sex life, I guess. So I think it’s all the harder for Ryan to recognize Ed is a gay because Ryan is a Christian who believes that homosexuality is a sin.
By the way, I noticed that though Japanese gays act as if they are women, the American gays in “30 Days” develop their muscles to show their strength. Japanese gays use female terms and they are even disguised in woman’s clothes. Is this my bias? Are there gays doing those like Japanese in America? I’m really interested in that.
Recently, I've read the article which said that 60 % of Japanese people with AIDS were infected by having sex with a person who has the same sex, namely, gay. Though I don’t know the cause well, this fact is very interesting, isn’t it? I want to know the cause.
By watching this movie, my horizons broadened out. If you are a gay, just make it known if you want to. I'll be a little surprised, but never look down on you.

Parallel Structure Poem

When I was a preschool kid,
I got a piece of a traffic accident I suffered.
When I was an elementary school student,
I got a piece of video games I was crazy about.
When I was a junior high school student,
I got a piece of so many black basses I fished.
When I was a high school student,
I got a piece of English textbooks I wetted with saliva.

Now I am a university student.
Now I have some weighty pieces.
Still I cannot complete my memory jigsaw puzzle.
What did you think? I know you thought it's boring:)
But I tried to imply that LIFE is LONG. I hope your memory jigsaw puzzle will be bright with your good memories.
